This is a new chapter,
for lack of better words
Stomach is churning,
dealing with the vast expanse
of, “what ifs.”

Are you ready?
Maybe you’ve more bravery.
Maybe,
just maybe I’m as brave, too

I am ready,
because I HAVE to be.
No, I’m CHOOSING to be
It’s not always going to be kittens
and rainbows
But, it’s how you interpret the scary unknown.
Yes, I’m terrified but I am not
the only one.

The captures the feelings so well of dealing with change and starting a new chapter in life. Of course it’s scary. But it’s natural to feel that way. And you’re right, you’re not the only one.
