There you go. Now take charge and believe in yourself that you can overcome anxiety. Find those things that you can do that assist you to alleviate anxiety. Example …. mine is the gym and my camera. (smile)
I agree 100% . Those help me as well also scheduling breaks. I scheduled a week off of work to get a little summer break for my bday week so this week is definitely helping relax me. 🙂 Thank you for your feedback and stopping by ! 🙂 hugs!
