It comes around.

Every time and again, shift in ego, a softness of logic, a hardening of a heart.

A change of seasons only in the mind, a sense not certain by any eye.

This made no sense at all,

as the sun was always shining.

Sparkling dew drops on a crisp Autumn morning,

reflected across a blank garage wall.

The presentation, a hallmark in their lives, their love.

To this day, no one could figure out why she stopped living.

It is so sad how many lives are ended due to mental illness.

Honest to god it is. The mental health system needs some major revamping. Thankfully there are communities like this one that support people. 🙂 This blog site has helped me so much with my anxiety, it’s amazing.

I’m so glad that it’s helped you and I think we definitely need to share a lot more information about mental health because that’s the only way to get rid of the stigma and help people who need it.
