I want to find our place, a place under moonbeams, high above the roaring tides.

I want to find our place. I don’t want to have to try.

Words forming from spilled ink, our minds laughing at our feeble attempts at professional.

Connected though two worlds apart, somehow, someway.

Our place is stuck between inspiration and impatience.

Oh, this is just great! This poem is amazing, and your final line is perfect. But this is also I think my favourite of your photos so far, the blending of the snowy landscape and the text is just beautiful!

Wow oh wow. Thank you so much Tom 🙂 I was thinking a lot about how writers often don’t feel a sense of belonging. Maybe it’s just me but I wrote this with those thoughts in mind. I don’t feel as out of place these days thanks to you guys 🙂 I know you understand.

There was a sense of yearning in this…
and of the intimacy of connection – the way a thought, an idea, a story, a shared act of imagination or creation, can link souls.
This is humanity at its best.
    And as Tom said,
    a killer closing line.

Thank you so much! 🙂 I was really feeling heavy feels and empowerment as a writer writing this one and tuning into the loneliness that can sometimes come with our being writers. Thank God for each other abd this platform . I seriously do haha!
