all I bent my knees for,
was all that was too big for me to bring.
Your tender touch,
your honesty lost in another’s translation.
I thought I knew.
I conceived I could
bring you all the world couldn’t, before.
I meant it.
I still do.
To this day,
I begged to keep you here.
You, on this plane
meant everything to me.
Your life still does.
I couldn’t hang my hat
on a bare door,
couldn’t imagine a YOU less place.
It may be trying to make time.
It may be all too much for us, sometimes.
I know.
I know it hurts to try.

Thank you, Linda ☺️😊 . Happy to share 😊 I am an back by at v working more again which feels really cathartic. Live had been busy and productive but not as art filled as is like. I’m trying to get more time in. It’s a tough dance. Hope all is well with you. I’ve been really enjoying your blogs again 🙂

I do, too !!! I feel a lot calmer. I went on a trail after work today and I didn’t even get bent out of shape from sweating so much. I was too busy enjoying the birds and animals I saw. For some so reason, the birds are really taking a liking to the trail this year. I have never seen so many different varieties of birds and flowers. This is a really active year for wildlife I guess 😁
