Love, “Triple Great”

I want to tell you

all I have been thinking.

Black and blue

we muddle through.

Strong like an eagle,

wise like an owl.

You stand by my side.

You are a hero to me,

dancing to Live For Loving You.

You will by my side,

making sure I don’t fall.

You will keep me standing tall.

Down to the altar,

I know we’ll make it.

You taught me what love is.

You taught me what I should accept.

Because of you,

I found someone who loves me.

Because of you,

I know I am someone who could be lovely.

Married or not,

I’ll still be your “triple great”.

  Yes, I agree one thousand percent!!! I have never been with anyone who did that. It wasn’t at the fault of anyone necessarily but they just were not matches. Matt truly does help me slow down and appreciate the woeld and great people around me. Spending time with both our families this weekend was a great gift. We needed it. Time goes by too fast. I hope you and yours had a good fathers day. I hope you are safe.

    Glad to hear you were able to spend some time with family last weekend. Time does go by so quickly and it’s good to try to make the most of it. Things have been busy on my end but we’re hoping to take some time off next week and dust off the old hiking shoes.

    One hundred percent. This week is going to be very hot and humid here. I be will be frequenting my parents pool. Lol 😂. It makes my dad happy because I clean it allot whenever I go in. I was in over an hour today. It felt so nice.

    I don’t know how they could either. A lot of people must have passed out from the heat be when air conditioners didn’t exist.

    Earlier this week was brutal with the heat and humidity. I was reading an article about how the world’s average temperature reached a record high for the third time this week. That’s insane. It certainly makes me appreciate having air conditioning (and a pool)!
