Breakfast is half eaten.
Lunch isn’t made.
I’m stuck on this page.

I’ve been writing for days
There’s a great creative flow.
I guess I can’t complain.

Of course, there’s coffee involved,
a cloud of clarity,
never mistaken.
For today, my focus is on point.

Maybe today is a piece for all the days you can’t find the words because it’s just too scary.

Maybe today is for all those things that almost go unsaid…

Funny how some days the words just seem to flow naturally. And others, not so much. C’est la vie. Maybe coffee does help?
