Blame Jane,
those feelings
you can’t quite explain,
leading to memories
rain sodden with pain

Blame Jane
who makes me wait.
I could’ve known many years, before
Blame Jane

She took too long,
with rhythmic changes coming on.
Where was Jane,
silently watching,
always tagging along.

I’ll blame Jane
instead of sitting with pain,
instead of accepting,
I am Jane

Didnโ€™t see that coming in the end how you were Jane. Itโ€™s funny how we blame ourselves for so much thatโ€™s beyond our control. If only we could be a bit easier on ourselves sometimes.

Honestly, right ?! I like to add twists to my poems when I can. It changes things up a bit but it definitely is a part of me for sure . I don’t look at it as bad l, though, just a learning experience ๐Ÿ™‚ thanks for your thoughts .I always love them. You out so much thought in what you say and it means a lot !
