I’m fearful and curious at the same time.
Meanwhile, time is fleeting,
dancing and prancing proudly,
reminding me of where I’m going.
Leading is curiousity and fear;
together, they’re holding my hands.
Time is singing her repetitive song,
reminding me of the time I spent
and how I’ve spent it.
So far, I have no regrets but some,
too miniscule to even mention.
I don’t feel inspired
but here I am,
writing anyway,
circling “good” lines,
hoping the words will awaken my creativity,
and less of the anxiety.
